This guild was formed a couple of months into Cataclysm following the disband of Suboptimal Performance. After gaining a following of the remaining raiders, skill issue was created which managed to push through and re-build to an even better guild!

We currently have 30~ raiders to have a bench which will cover any absences and to optimise the comps weekly. Personal performance will be considered when benching players.

• 25 man: Wednesday (+Monday for prog) @ 19:30 - 23:00 server time
• 10 man: Flexible for alts

What to expect from us: ∙ To clear 25man & 10man HC/HM content easily with competent players. ∙ Free Flasks, Potions, Food and Enchants. ∙ Loot distribution via Loot Council --> 2 week trial period (raiders > trials on loot prio).

What we expect from you: ∙ Keep attendance high(<90% minimum excluding vacations/emergencies). ∙ We expect you to know your class & BIS list to a high degree. ∙ Come to raids prepared and on time. ∙ Desire to keep improving your gameplay (via logs, sims, etc.).
