Ran by an experienced core of raiders, we play once a week in 25 man aiming to clear all Heroic content. We have already achieved this throughout Wrath & Tier 11+12 in Cata, with being the first strict 1 day-a-week 25 man guild run to clear Tier 11 & 12 Heroic, on the realm. Our 10 man is a separate core of raiders with a wide variety of experience in hardcore raiding who look to clear Heroic raiding content on release, in the quickest possible time whilst juggling other commitments.

We use loot-council to distribute loot in our 10 & 25 man raids to alleviate bad RNG, reward players for their efforts and making sure that each spec's loot priority is followed for every phase, through the help of sims and other theorycrafting.

Whilst our raiding hours are comparatively casual (for our 25 man) the preparation expected from you would be above and beyond what might be normally asked. For example, we expect a thorough understanding of your Class/Spec and be knowledgeable on how to gear for it whilst also understanding how to maximise your output on any particular boss. All the while, maintaining a fun and engaging experience for like minded players.
